Warranty Terms
Written warranty terms, published before you sign. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act requires that a consumer be able to read warranty terms pre-sale, and we think that is the right standard anyway.

What Is Covered
Workmanship. We warrant that installation labor performed by Manolo Roofing conforms to the signed scope, the manufacturer's published installation instructions, and the Florida Building Code, 8th Edition (2023), for the workmanship term stated in your contract.
Materials. Roofing materials carry the manufacturer's own written warranty. We register your system with the manufacturer at project close and deliver the certificate to your portal. Manufacturer terms, durations, and limits are set by the manufacturer, not by us.
The exact workmanship term, start date, and any system-specific coverage are stated in your executed contract and warranty certificate. Where this page and your certificate differ, the certificate controls.
What Is Not Covered
Damage from events after completion, including named storms, hail, wind above the system's rated design speed, fire, lightning, falling objects, or foot traffic.
Work performed by others after our completion, including antenna, solar, satellite, HVAC, or gutter installations that penetrate or alter the roof system.
Pre-existing conditions we identified in writing and you elected not to correct, and consequential damage from those conditions.
Structural movement, settlement, or deficiencies in components outside our scope, and damage caused by lack of maintenance or blocked drainage.
Your Obligations
Keep the roof and drainage clear of debris, allow us to inspect after a reported issue, and do not authorize another contractor to alter the system before we have inspected, except for emergency measures needed to prevent further damage. Final payment must be complete for coverage to remain in force.
How To Make a Warranty Claim
Submit a request in your client portal, or call us. Include the address, a description of what you are seeing, and photographs if you have them. We acknowledge warranty requests promptly, inspect at no charge, and provide a written finding with a repair schedule where the claim is covered.
Transfer
Workmanship coverage may be transferable to a subsequent owner where your certificate says so. Manufacturer transfer rules are set by the manufacturer. Contact us before closing on a sale and we will document the transfer.
