Information We Collect
Website forms. When you request a roof audit we collect the name, phone number, and property address you provide, the reason for your inquiry, and the consent language you agreed to. We also record the date and time, the page URL of the form, your browser user agent, and the IP address the request came from. That record exists so we can prove you asked us to contact you.
Client portal. If you become a customer, the portal stores your project records: photographs of your property, measurements, condition reports, permit records, scope documents, schedules, invoices, payment status, and messages exchanged with our team.
Automatically collected. Standard server logs and, where used, analytics about pages visited and device type.
How We Use It
To respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform a roof audit, prepare and document a scope of work, perform the work, service warranties, process payment, and keep the records the Florida Building Code, our permits, and our insurers require.
To contact you by phone, text, or email about your inquiry and our services, where you have consented. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or by calling us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third-Party Processors
We use service providers to operate this site and the portal, including cloud hosting and database services, email and text-message delivery, payment processing, and customer relationship management. Providers may process your data only to deliver those services to us.
We may share project documentation with your insurer, a public adjuster you have engaged, municipal building departments, material suppliers, manufacturers for warranty registration, and subcontractors performing your work.
We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or a regulatory request.
Retention
Contact and consent records are retained for at least five years, which is the period we may need to evidence your consent. Project, warranty, and permit records are retained for the life of the warranty plus the applicable Florida statute of limitations for construction claims. Records are deleted or anonymized after that.
Your Requests
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw marketing consent. Call us or write to Manolo Roofing, 301 S. Falkenburg Rd., Tampa, Florida. We will respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained to satisfy legal and warranty obligations, and we will tell you when that applies.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
