Terms of Use
These terms govern this website and the Manolo client portal. They do not replace your construction contract, which controls the work itself.

Acceptance
By using this website or the client portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Informational Purpose
Site content, including descriptions of The Manolo Method™, service pages, and pricing language, is general information. It is not a quote, a contract, an insurance determination, or advice about your insurance policy. Only a written, signed contract sets the scope and price of work.
We are a licensed roofing contractor. We are not a public adjuster, a licensed home inspector, an engineer, or an attorney, and nothing on this site is adjusting, engineering, inspection, or legal services.
Client Portal Accounts
Portal access is granted to customers and authorized team members. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse or for security reasons.
Acceptable Use
Do not attempt to access records that are not yours, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape content, upload malicious code, or use the site to send unlawful or misleading communications.
Content and Ownership
Site design, text, logos, and the Manolo Method™ and Manolo Standard™ marks belong to Manolo Roofing. Photographs and reports produced for your project are provided to you for your own use, including submission to your insurer.
Availability and Limitations
We work to keep the site and portal available and accurate but do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every displayed detail is current. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the portal. Nothing here limits any right you have under your contract, our written warranty, or Florida law.
Governing Law and Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Hillsborough County. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do.
